DRWakefield, the independent green coffee trader, has been included in The Sunday Times HSBC International Track 200 for the second time.
DRWakefield is one of Britain’s businesses with the fastest growing international sales, according to The Sunday Times HSBC International Track 200.
The family-owned, independent green coffee trader is 122nd in the International Track, based on its international revenue growth of 41 per cent in the last two years.
The list is compiled by Fast Track and published in The Sunday Times, ranking Britain’s mid-market private companies with the fastest-growing international sales, measured over their latest two years of available accounts. Three companies from the coffee industry appear on the list.
Simon Wakefield, Chairman at DRWakefield, said “I am thrilled that we have made it on to the International Track 200 for the second time. This is a welcome validation of the hard work of our whole team in generating such excellent international growth over the last few years – focusing on new markets.
“We are a truly ethical and sustainable business, which runs through everything we do – from supporting farmers to sourcing sustainable products for our branded materials. Our aim is to find the right coffee at the right price for every customer.
“Our growth is continuing on the same trajectory across Europe, and we are on track to deliver strong sales in the year ahead. These are exciting times for DRWakefield.”
