GEA has completed a new freeze-dried instant coffee plant on a green field site in Vietnam.
The facility, the opening of which is shown here, was built on behalf of Tata Coffee Vietnam Company Limited, a 100 per cent subsidiary of Tata Coffee Limited in India.
The new plant was inaugurated in March 2019, 19 months after the ground-breaking ceremony.
The plant in Binh Duong Province produces 5,000 tonnes per annum of freeze-dried coffee. GEA supplied the entire production line from roast bean treatment through to packaging.
